Product Description
The
Skunk2 MegaPower Header is designed and engineered to
maximize exhaust flow and increase both horsepower and torque
throughout the entire
RPM powerband. Our unique design is the result of over a decade of
racing
experience coupled with computerized modeling and extensive dyno
testing. Each
Skunk2 MegaPower header features equal length, sequentially-paired,
stepped
primaries and a 4-2-1 Tri-Y design with a 2.5 inch collector. These
features
coupled with our unique design specs provide an extremely broad
powerband that
can be used on a wide range of engine sizes and configurations. Each
header is
constructed from T-304 stainless steel with fully polished,
mandrel-bent tubing
and a CNC-machined flange for added strength and durability.
- Our collectors are made
using cutting edge thin-wall casting
techniques from a special stainless steel alloy that has superior
heat-retaining capabilities.
- Each header is
back-purged with Argon gas during the welding
process. This eliminates oxidation on the backside of the weld
resulting in
exceptional strength and finish.
- MegaPower Headers feature
a 4-2-1 tri-Y design with a 2.5
inch tapered collector that maximizes torque and power throughout the
total RPM

- Each MegaPower Header includes an adjustable support bracket that will fit all B-series VTEC engines. A gasket and flange are also included so enthusiasts can easily adapt their existing exhaust systems to fit the header.
